Responsibilities
- Record yourself reading sentences in Japanese from a stationary car or quiet office environment.
- Create specific background noises such as seatbelt clicks, door openings, or car indicator signals while ensuring the vehicle remains stationary and all recordings are completed safely.
- Follow detailed linguistic and technical guidelines to ensure consistency and reliability of language data.
- Submit high-quality audio recordings and accompanying written feedback as required by the project.
- Collaborate remotely with project coordinators on clarifications, updates, and feedback related to deliverables.
- Ensure all recordings and data submissions comply with confidentiality and ethical use guidelines.
Skills
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese, with clear enunciation and natural fluency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and at least B2-level English.
- Ability to follow precise instructions and meet project specifications for audio quality and content.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting and managing your own workflow for assigned tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding pronunciation, background noise, and data accuracy.
