Responsibilities
- Design and author expert-level presentation tasks using reference decks, brand assets, and structured content inputs.
- Create gold-standard example decks that demonstrate refined craft in typography, grid, hierarchy, and visual system fidelity.
- Define clear, actionable, and concrete criteria for what constitutes on-brand and polished presentation design across varied tasks.
- Develop comprehensive visual rubrics evaluating AI model outputs on visual craft, style consistency, and template adherence.
- Identify and flag visual failure modes specific to AI-generated design, including misaligned grids, inconsistent hierarchy, and off-brand elements.
- Communicate feedback and design reasoning effectively through clear written and verbal articulation of visual standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on presentation tasks, templates, and evaluation systems as project requirements evolve.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in an agency, in-house corporate communications or brand team, or as an independent deck or presentation designer.
- Advanced skills in typography, layout, color usage, iconography, and grid systems.
- Fluency in building, extending, and applying visual template systems across multiple slide types and content scenarios.
- Demonstrated ability to infer and replicate visual styles from reference decks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Portfolio showcasing high-craft presentation design such as board decks, pitch decks, sales decks, or brand system projects.
- Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Keynote, with strong familiarity with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience authoring evaluation rubrics or participating in AI training projects is a plus.
- Experience with large-scale template redesigns, translating brand guidelines into presentation systems, or designing data-rich decks is advantageous.
