Responsibilities
- Review video footage of robotic arms performing tasks according to detailed annotation and grading guidelines.
- Identify and label motion, object interactions, spatial changes, task outcomes, errors, and other relevant events within video segments.
- Apply knowledge of animation, transforms, trajectories, timing, occlusion, and physical behavior to interpret robotic activity accurately.
- Use dedicated annotation tools to tag video content precisely and consistently.
- Flag visual anomalies, tracking challenges, or ambiguous moments and explain observations in concise written notes.
- Review annotations and provide constructive feedback as part of quality control.
- Complete assigned batches accurately and within established deadlines.

Requirements
- Professional or academic background in visual effects, 3D animation, motion graphics, technical art, computer graphics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of motion, timing, spatial relationships, object tracking, occlusion, and visual continuity.
- Familiarity with tools such as Blender, Maya, Houdini, Cinema 4D, Nuke, After Effects, or similar software.
- Excellent attention to detail when identifying subtle motion changes, visual artifacts, or inconsistencies.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to describe visual observations and edge cases clearly.
- Experience with video annotation, visual QA, computer vision datasets, AI training projects, or robotics is helpful but not required.
