Responsibilities
- Critically evaluate user interfaces and analyze strengths and weaknesses in visual and interaction design.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in UI, visual, or product design with a strong portfolio of digital work.
- Deep expertise in typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, layout, and responsive design.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Figma.
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
- Experience documenting design systems or writing component guidelines with detailed and persuasive rationales.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex design choices clearly and analytically.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG and their practical application in interface design.
- Advanced English writing skills.
- Background from leading universities or highly regarded organizations is valued.
