Requirements
- At least 5 years of corporate-level accounting experience with experience handling complex financial scenarios.
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting and established accounting practices.
- Strong understanding of audit procedures and regulatory considerations.
- Experience creating, reviewing, or evaluating financial models.
- Knowledge of tax compliance practices and documentation.
- Ability to review legal and financial documents for accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to provide actionable feedback and communicate findings effectively in written and verbal formats.
- Prior participation in human data projects such as data labeling, annotation, RLHF, or model evaluation is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative project environments.
