Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of in-house legal experience focused on technology transactions.
- Strong experience negotiating technology agreements, particularly MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
- Prior exposure to AI, legal technology, or AI training initiatives is preferred but not required.
- Experience at a corporate law firm in M&A or fund formation for private equity firms is preferred.
