Responsibilities

Listen to audio clips in Thai and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of speakers or model-generated output.
Assess Thai pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established project guidelines.
Identify subtle linguistic differences, pronunciation issues, and unnatural speech patterns.
Document assessments using clear and concise written feedback in English.
Explain the linguistic factors supporting each evaluation.
Provide detailed justifications to maintain clarity and consistency across assessments.
Apply evaluation guidelines consistently across assigned audio samples.
Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguous language content.
Contribute linguistic insights that help improve AI performance in Thai language understanding and generation.
Review audio content with strong attention to linguistic nuance and accuracy.
Complete assigned audio evaluation tasks accurately and within project timelines.
Maintain consistent quality standards across all submitted evaluations.

Requirements

Native-level proficiency in Thai.
Strong command of both spoken and written Thai.
Minimum B2-level proficiency in English.
Strong written English skills for documenting evaluations and explanations.
Strong verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
Ability to evaluate pronunciation, intonation, fluency, and linguistic authenticity.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify nuanced differences in language.
Ability to provide clear and well-supported explanations for linguistic assessments.
Comfort following detailed evaluation guidelines and applying them consistently.
Background in linguistics, phonetics, voice specialization, music, audio engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
Familiarity with media, communications, language teaching, or related work is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
