- Develop comprehensive grading rubrics with 35 or more criteria assessing AI outputs for accuracy, precision, testability, and audience alignment.
- Draft diverse documentation tasks such as API references, user guides, and compliance documents representative of authentic industry challenges.
- Collaborate asynchronously with project leads to refine deliverables and ensure alignment with benchmark objectives.

Requirements
- At least 2+ years of technical writing experience with a portfolio in software, hardware, medical devices, or regulated industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in producing precise, testable technical documentation and instructions.
- Advanced skill in structured authoring, adherence to style guides, and proficiency with documentation toolchains.
- Exceptional written English skills, with strong control of tone and technical register for varied audiences.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities to transform complex source material into clear guidance.
