Responsibilities
- Run large-cohort onboarding programs at scale with a focus on speed, quality, and operational consistency.
- Activate and manage distributed talent pools supporting AI training and data operations.
- Build and maintain high-trust relationships with enterprise clients.
- Anticipate operational blockers and resolve issues quickly with clear, structured decision-making.
- Drive customer success outcomes across ongoing AI training and data deployments.
- Publish weekly performance and milestone reports focused on high-signal operational metrics.
- Host community syncs and engagement rituals to maintain contributor performance and alignment.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to align talent operations with changing model and client requirements.
- Continuously improve onboarding, quality assurance, and retention systems using operational data.

Requirements
- Exceptional written communication skills with a clear, structured, and direct communication style.
- Proven experience operating in remote and distributed environments.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive operational outcomes.
- Experience leading and coordinating 100+ contributors or similarly large distributed teams.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-velocity environments with continuous iteration.
- Strong data fluency with experience using dashboards, KPIs, and performance diagnostics.
- Experience in human data, RLHF, or AI training pipelines is preferred.
- Background working with enterprise AI or technical clients is preferred.
- Experience building or scaling data operations or talent operations systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with modern ATS, analytics, project operations, and automation tools is preferred.
