Responsibilities
- Interpret complex financial and operational charts using advanced domain knowledge.
- Analyze candlestick charts, yield curves, drawdown charts, market-volume charts, control charts, Pareto charts, process flows, and capacity or throughput charts.
- Draft clear and objective reasoning questions based on intricate visualizations.
- Create multi-step quantitative analysis tasks requiring deep domain understanding.
- Provide precise and unambiguous answers with comprehensive written explanations.
- Document explicit analytical steps and calculations in professional English.
- Apply accurate financial, economic, and operational terminology.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of professional, academic, or research experience interpreting financial market data, risk metrics, or operational performance charts.
- Advanced proficiency interpreting axes, units, legends, scales, and annotations across diverse chart types.
- Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate analytical processes in written and spoken English.
- Ability to explain quantitative reasoning accurately and systematically.
- Bilingual English proficiency and ideally a second language relevant to the financial or operational domain.
- Experience in technical documentation, financial reporting, process assessment, quality assessment, or structured analytical task creation is preferred.
- Experience producing data-annotation tasks, benchmark questions, technical reports, or related finance, operations, or AI deliverables is preferred.
- Strong attention to terminology and quantitative accuracy.
