- At least 2 years of professional, academic, or research experience working with domain-relevant charts or quantitative data.
- Advanced degree, professional credential, or significant industry specialization is highly desirable.
- Ability to select and interpret complex charts with multiple data series, annotations, or statistical features.
- Experience authoring technical assessments, benchmark questions, or structured analytical tasks is preferred.
- Ability to write unambiguous and objectively answerable questions.
- Ability to communicate calculations and analytical reasoning clearly in English.
- Experience with remote collaboration and asynchronous communication.
- Ability to work with cross-functional technical or research teams.
