Responsibilities
- Design and author strategy and analysis tasks that simulate real-world business challenges, including multi-file inputs such as spreadsheets, PDFs, and source data.
- Create gold-standard deliverables such as PowerPoint board decks, investment committee memos, and robust Excel financial models that reflect senior stakeholder expectations.
- Establish appropriate analytical frameworks using MECE structures and develop defensible recommendations for each scenario.
- Develop detailed evaluation rubrics with 35 or more criteria to assess AI model outputs on structure, accuracy, and executive readiness.
- Identify and document common failure modes in strategy communication, including unclear recommendations, logical inconsistencies, and unsupported figures.
- Ensure all produced content demonstrates clean visual storytelling, numerical rigor, and polished executive presentation.
Skills
Requirements
- Approximately 5 years of experience in management consulting, including MBB or tier-2 firms, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or FP&A.
- Hands-on ownership of board-level decks, strategy recommendations, or investment committee memos subject to senior review.
- Expertise in building financial models from scratch in Excel, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Mastery of structured problem-solving approaches such as MECE, issue trees, and the pyramid principle, along with executive communication best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a proven ability to produce executive-facing content.
- Experience developing outputs against in-house or standardized presentation templates.
- Sector-specific analytical exposure in areas such as TMT, healthcare, consumer, or financial services is advantageous.
- Prior experience with rubric writing or AI training projects is a plus but not required.
