Responsibilities
- Own robotics data pipelines end-to-end with clear accountability for quality and delivery.
- Design and optimize large-scale data collection and processing pipelines.
- Scale operations by balancing cost, quality, and throughput.
- Deploy and manage hardware systems including multi-camera rigs and RGB, stereo, and IMU sensors.
- Lead data transformation pipelines aligned with strict client schemas and formats.
- Identify bottlenecks and build automation for validation, QA, and reporting.
- Define and enforce data capture protocols, workflows, and operational standards.
- Translate client requirements into executable systems and processes.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and finance to drive project execution.

Requirements
- Strong experience with robotics or high-throughput data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with sensor systems, FPS constraints, and multi-camera setups.
- Analytical and systems-oriented approach with the ability to optimize cost, speed, and quality.
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with large-scale data processing, storage, and delivery systems.
- Proven ability to define schemas, protocols, and operational standards.
- Track record of driving cross-functional execution and improving systems.
- High ownership and ability to execute quickly in ambiguous environments.
