Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines used to train frontier AI models.
Ensure coding data programs meet required quality standards, timelines, throughput targets, and client expectations.
Drive automation across pipeline workflows, including task generation, validation, quality control, and reporting.
Coordinate software engineering experts, reviewers, MTS, internal teams, and AI lab clients.
Define clear task specifications and technical requirements for coding data projects.
Create and maintain golden samples that establish expected quality standards.
Develop review rubrics for consistent evaluation of coding and software engineering submissions.
Track pipeline health across quality, average handling time, throughput, and delivery metrics.
Analyze operational and performance data to identify opportunities for pipeline improvement.
Translate client requirements into scalable technical specifications and execution workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles and coding fundamentals.
At least 2 years of experience leading technical projects, operations, or complex data workflows.
Experience managing end-to-end technical or data-driven project delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience using operational and quality metrics to identify issues and drive improvements.
Ability to translate client requirements into clear technical specifications.
Ability to design scalable and repeatable operational workflows.
Strong stakeholder management skills across technical, operational, and client-facing teams.
