Responsibilities

• Clean, preprocess, and structure complex and messy datasets.
• Use statistical software such as R, Python, SAS, or Stata for data preparation and analysis.
• Apply and document descriptive statistical analyses.
• Apply and document inferential statistical analyses.
• Identify trends and patterns in real-world data.
• Develop clear and compelling data visualizations.
• Use visualizations to illustrate key findings and support model development.
• Contribute expertise in dataset annotation, labeling, and enrichment.
• Improve the quality of AI model training datasets.
• Draft concise and well-organized summaries of methods, analyses, and results.
• Explain statistical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project stakeholders.
• Clarify requirements and resolve analytical ambiguities.
• Improve deliverables through effective written and verbal communication.
• Identify data quality issues in dirty or incomplete datasets.
• Provide actionable recommendations for data quality improvement.
• Document solutions for handling missing, noisy, or inconsistent data.
• Support AI training and evaluation through high-quality statistical input.

Skills

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
• Expertise in cleaning and preparing complex, messy datasets.
• Experience with R, Python, SAS, or Stata.
• Proficiency in descriptive and inferential statistical techniques.
• Knowledge of hypothesis testing and regression analysis.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Ability to manipulate and visualize data programmatically.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with large, unstructured, or noisy datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to produce detailed analytical documentation.

• No prior AI experience is required.
