Spanish Language Expert

Responsibilities

• Transcribe audio samples accurately, capturing Spanish and English content as required.
• Review, edit, and proofread transcriptions for clarity, consistency, and linguistic accuracy.
• Annotate audio files with relevant metadata and contextual notes to enhance AI training datasets.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify assignment guidelines and adapt to evolving project specifications.
• Deliver completed transcription assignments within established timelines and meet or exceed quality benchmarks.
• Provide constructive feedback on workflow processes, tool usability, and linguistic challenges encountered during assignments.

Skills

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish with advanced comprehension of spoken and written Spanish.
• Professional experience in audio transcription where high accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
• Commitment to producing high-quality language data and maintaining rigorous quality standards.
• Familiarity with industry-standard transcription platforms or tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document findings and clarify linguistic ambiguities.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments and adapt to changing project needs.
• Previous experience in AI training, data annotation, or language resource development is a plus.
