Responsibilities
- Execute structured evaluation assignments that simulate authentic software development workflows using AI-powered tools.
- Perform version control, code review, issue tracking, and CI/CD workflow evaluation tasks.
- Assess and grade the technical correctness of generated outputs through hands-on verification.
- Design and maintain reproducible test environments with realistic repositories, commit histories, and CI workflows.
- Seed and reset development environments to maintain reliable evaluation conditions.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong command of Git and GitHub workflows, including pull requests, branching, code review, and diff analysis.
- Experience diagnosing CI logs and troubleshooting development workflow failures.
- Strong proficiency with CI/CD systems, ideally GitHub Actions.
- Ability to author and maintain custom CI/CD workflows and reproducible build processes.
- Advanced scripting skills in Python or Bash.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, and webhook integrations.
- Experience automating development environment setup and reset processes.
- Experience using connectors across Claude and ChatGPT.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms such as Slack, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365.
- Experience using AI assistants or agent tools in software development workflows.
- Familiarity with agent tool-calling or Model Context Protocol (MCP) is advantageous.
- Background in technical QA, AI evaluation, or data annotation is advantageous.
- Ability to consistently apply evaluation rubrics and identify nuanced technical edge cases.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal English communication skills.
