Ability to debug real-world code, identify root causes of software issues, and implement clean fixes.
Comfort working across different codebases and quickly understanding unfamiliar code.
Experience building practical software features and improving existing applications.
Experience with full-stack, backend, mobile, Android, iOS, or related software development environments is valuable.
Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical decisions and reasoning.
