Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with one or more programming languages such as Python 3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of core algorithms, data structures, and everyday software engineering practices.
- Ability to debug real-world code, identify root causes of software issues, and implement clean fixes.
- Comfort working across different codebases and quickly understanding unfamiliar code.
- Experience building practical software features and improving existing applications.
