Demonstrate and document real-world applications where AI agents are used to navigate large codebases, debug challenging issues, and develop end-to-end technical solutions.
Describe and analyze engineering problems, design challenges, and architectural changes addressed using AI-generated code sequences.
Provide written and verbal feedback about the performance, limitations, and practical usefulness of AI tools within the CAE and mechanical simulation domain.
Curate representative examples and scenarios illustrating advanced technical workflows involving AI agents, with a focus on sequence generation rather than chatbot-style interactions.
Explain the approach, rationale, and complexity behind selected technical examples to provide actionable insights for AI training.
Collaborate asynchronously with project leads and provide clear, structured input through written and verbal communication channels.

Extensive hands-on experience in simulation and CAE-heavy mechanical engineering assignments.
Proven proficiency using Codex, Claude Science, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork as coding sequence generation tools in technical scenarios.
Demonstrated ability to apply AI agents to sophisticated engineering challenges, including ambiguous requirements, large-scale debugging, and architectural changes.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical workflows clearly.
Active involvement in current STEM or mechanical engineering fields with practical experience using AI agentic tools.
Experience documenting technical workflows and providing actionable insights for technology improvement or AI training.
Familiarity with the broader landscape of AI-driven engineering tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to new technologies and workflows.
