Senior Mobile Software Engineer

Responsibilities
- Create realistic, challenging mobile coding tasks for frontier AI models using preferred repositories.
- Design problems involving subtle bugs, non-trivial features, application state and lifecycle, and performance improvements.
- Develop tasks across cross-platform applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, or Dart, iOS applications using Swift, and Android applications using Kotlin.
- Define each task, build a reproducible environment, and create deterministic verifiers that accept valid implementations while rejecting incorrect, incomplete, or hard-coded solutions.
- Provide a reference solution demonstrating how each task can be solved.
- Create reinforcement learning environments that test AI models on complex mobile software engineering problems.

Requirements
- Significant hands-on expertise in at least one mobile development track.
- Cross-platform experience with TypeScript or JavaScript and React Native, or Dart and Flutter; or iOS experience with Swift and SwiftUI/UIKit; or Android experience with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose/Android View system.
- Deep understanding of mobile application architecture, state management, asynchronous programming, and application lifecycle.
- Proven ability to debug complex mobile applications and resolve difficult bugs.
- Experience delivering effective mobile performance improvements.
- Ability to create reproducible development environments and deterministic verification systems.
- Minimum weekly submission requirements apply.
- Ability to start first tasks within 24–48 hours after completing onboarding if selected.
