Requirements
- MD or DO qualification with 10+ years of attending-level hospitalist experience.
- Strong experience in inpatient medicine and clinical decision-making.
- Experience with clinical quality, documentation review, medical auditing, or quality assurance.
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to make defensible decisions on complex or ambiguous cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with hospital quality assurance or medical audit processes.
- Experience leading or contributing to inpatient quality, documentation improvement, coding, or QA programs is preferred.
- Ability to document clinical reasoning clearly and accurately.
- Comfort working independently in a remote project environment.
