Senior AI Trainer
micro1 is engaging Senior AI Trainers for a customer-driven project focused on improving AI system accuracy through expert-level video annotation and data labeling. Contributors will review footage of robotic arms performing assigned tasks, identify key actions and outcomes, create frame-accurate timestamps, apply detailed grading guidelines, and produce structured annotations that support next-generation AI systems.

Responsibilities
- Review video footage of robotic arms executing assigned tasks and accurately identify key actions and outcomes.
- Apply detailed grading guidelines to tag and annotate events and provide structured observations that improve AI model performance.
- Mark precise timestamps for the start and end of key actions, transitions, and outcomes.
- Ensure frame-accurate segmentation across each annotated video session.
- Verify timestamp accuracy and alignment and correct drift or inconsistencies between labeled events and the underlying footage.
- Use video annotation tools and platforms to record findings and submit annotated datasets according to project standards and milestones.
- Collaborate with project trainers and other contributors to resolve ambiguities and refine annotation guidelines.
- Maintain annotation consistency with other members of the project team.
- Participate in ongoing quality reviews and incorporate feedback to maintain rigorous annotation standards.
