Contributors will apply professional administrative expertise to simulate authentic operational challenges, including multi-tool coordination, calendar reconciliation, travel and expense workflows, records management, and professional correspondence. The work includes creating realistic administrative artifacts, defining expert-level solutions, developing comprehensive grading rubrics, documenting workflows, and helping calibrate task complexity for real-world AI evaluation. Responsibilities

- Map the step-by-step decisions an experienced administrative professional would take to achieve the desired outcome.
- Develop comprehensive grading rubrics containing 35 or more criteria.
- Assess AI agent outputs for process adherence and nuanced administrative judgment.
- Document administrative workflow processes.
- Suggest workflow improvements based on current administrative best practices.
- Collaborate with project leads to calibrate task complexity.
- Ensure evaluation tasks reflect challenges faced by experienced administrative professionals.
- Apply domain-specific administrative knowledge to AI training and evaluation.
- Iterate and refine evaluation materials based on project feedback.
