Responsibilities
- Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for contradictory rules, obsolete policies, duplicate records, and operational inconsistencies.
- Analyze policy conflicts and determine which business rules should take precedence using sound operational judgment.
- Document clear and actionable reasoning behind decisions involving conflicting policies and system behavior.
- Draft precise operational prompts describing best practices for handling complex real-world SaaS data and revenue system scenarios.
- Assess and reconcile underlying data across platforms to establish the intended state and improve consistency.
- Identify duplicate customer records, inconsistent legal names, outdated automations, incorrect permissions, and other CRM governance issues.
- Document recommended system changes as well as areas deliberately left unchanged, with clear operational justification.
- Evaluate the potential impact of proposed changes on connected billing, subscription management, CPQ, ticketing, project tracking, and integration platforms.
- Contribute expert insights on CRM system design, optimization, governance, and long-term operational sustainability.
- Apply practical SaaS revenue operations expertise to complex scenarios involving ambiguous or conflicting system requirements.

Requirements
- 4–6 years of hands-on CRM administration or implementation experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or comparable platforms.
- Proven experience with real-world CRM build-outs, including independently led implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
- Extensive practical experience configuring CRM fields, flows, validation rules, objects, and permission sets.
- CRM certifications are appreciated, but practical system-building experience is prioritized.
- Working knowledge of at least two related revenue or operational systems such as billing, subscription management, CPQ, ticketing, project tracking, or integration middleware.
- Comfort working directly with the data layer, including SQL, APIs, system data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
- Experience working within SaaS environments.
- Experience in regulated industries or complex multi-product SaaS environments is preferred.
- Ability to analyze ambiguous operational scenarios and resolve conflicting business rules and policies.
- Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, CRM governance, and cross-system dependencies.
- Excellent professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to clearly document technical reasoning, operational decisions, and policy recommendations.
- No prior professional AI experience is required.
