Behavioral Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze text, audio, and video data to identify and categorize behavioral cues such as tone, gestures, body language, and speech patterns.
• Provide detailed annotations and explanations that help AI systems understand nuanced human behavior.
• Develop scenario-based training materials using real-world behavioral expertise.
• Collaborate with project leads to refine annotation guidelines and maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for behavioral accuracy, appropriateness, and contextual nuance.
• Provide actionable feedback on AI-generated behavioral interpretations and responses.
• Document insights and best practices for interpreting complex interpersonal interactions.
• Apply subject matter expertise to improve behavioral analysis and annotation processes.
• Contribute to ongoing quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.
• Work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with project stakeholders.

Skills

Requirements

• Background in behavioral therapy, counseling, theater or acting coaching, or a related field involving behavioral observation and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to identify subtle changes in tone, speech, body language, and gestures.
• Strong ability to interpret nuanced behavioral and interpersonal cues across text, audio, and video.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and nuance.
• Experience creating training materials or facilitating skills development in others is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Ability to provide clear annotations, documentation, feedback, and behavioral explanations.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
