The role involves designing and producing expert-authored evaluation tasks reflecting the complexity of securities and commodities markets, including trading, client advisory, compliance reasoning, market data analysis, and regulatory interpretation. Experts will work with datasets and documentation such as CSVs, PDFs, spreadsheets, technical materials, client documentation, market data, and regulatory references to create rigorous multi-step tasks for evaluating AI agents. No prior AI experience is required.

- Create nuanced multi-step problems that test AI interpretation, reasoning, and actions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to clarify task intent.
