- Produce detailed, structured written and verbal feedback on AI agent performance and usability, emphasizing workflows where agents generate code sequences rather than simple chat responses.
- Contribute real-world examples of using AI coding tools for end-to-end feature development, architectural changes, and problem-solving in STEM contexts.
- Collaborate remotely with project leads and share insights on how AI agents can accelerate technical workflows in robotics and mechatronics projects.

Requirements
- Current robotics, mechatronics, or STEM professional with a proven track record of hands-on technical projects.
- Proficiency with Codex, Claude Science, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork agents for generating code sequences in real-world engineering applications.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI coding agents to complex challenges beyond basic code generation, including debugging, system design, and technical workflow optimization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear documentation and articulate technical insights effectively.
- Experience contributing to projects involving large or intricate codebases, end-to-end feature implementation, or significant architectural changes.
- Ability to demonstrate specific examples where AI agents have played an important role in technical problem-solving or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with collaborative remote project environments and a proactive approach to sharing technical expertise.
- No prior AI experience is required; robotics and mechatronics expertise is the primary qualification.
