Rigging 3D Expert
micro1 is engaging Rigging 3D Experts to contribute advanced character-rigging expertise to a customer project focused on hand and character design. Contributors will create and refine hand-focused rigs, solve joint placement and deformation challenges, troubleshoot animation issues, document rigging workflows, and provide expert feedback to support next-generation AI training. No prior AI experience is required.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven expertise in character rigging with experience creating complex functional rigs.
- Portfolio or sample work demonstrating hand and finger articulation is strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Maya, Blender, or comparable professional 3D software.
- Strong understanding of joint placement and skeletal rigging principles.
- Hands-on experience with weight painting and mesh deformation.
