Responsibilities
- Analyze CRM, billing, ticketing, and related revenue system data to identify areas where operational logic and policies are out of alignment.
- Identify and document policy conflicts, outdated automations, duplicate entities, permission mismatches, and ambiguous or undocumented processes.
- Draft precise operational prompts and recommendations describing the appropriate handling of complex or ambiguous scenarios within the SaaS revenue stack.
- Evaluate the desired state of underlying data and identify corrections needed to maintain logical consistency across interconnected systems.
- Document reasoning for proposed changes as well as areas intentionally left unchanged to support transparent operational decision-making.
- Apply critical judgment and operational expertise when resolving conflicting rules and policies.
- Assess how proposed changes may cascade across CRM, billing, subscription management, CPQ, ticketing, project tracking, and integration systems.
- Navigate operational grey areas and exceptions, particularly those involving renewals and entitlement changes.
- Help maintain comprehensive operational integrity across interconnected SaaS revenue systems.
- Produce thorough written documentation suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, customer success operations, or SaaS implementation and onboarding with direct system ownership.
- Demonstrated ability to personally configure CRM fields, workflows, validation rules, permissions, and related system functionality.
- Experience with at least two adjacent SaaS revenue tools such as billing or subscription management, CPQ or quoting, ticketing or support, project tracking, or automation and integration platforms.
- Practical experience managing interconnected CRM and revenue systems rather than solely overseeing or delegating system changes.
- Experience working in SaaS environments.
- Experience in fintech, healthtech, insurtech, or organizations with complex multi-product implementations is preferred.
- Proven ability to evaluate and manage changes that cascade across multiple interconnected systems.
- Ability to navigate and document ambiguous scenarios, policy exceptions, and operational grey areas.
- Experience handling operational considerations involving renewals and entitlement changes is preferred.
- Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, operational policies, and system consistency.
- Professional English proficiency with the ability to articulate nuanced reasoning and operational trade-offs in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to produce clear documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- No prior professional AI experience is required.
