Research Engineer - Code Generation & Model Evaluation
micro1 is engaging Research Engineers for a customer initiative focused on code generation and AI model evaluation. Contributors will analyze and improve real-world codebases, develop coding tasks used to evaluate AI systems, implement features, resolve bugs, optimize and refactor code, and provide detailed technical feedback and annotations. The work combines competitive programming, software engineering, open-source collaboration, and rigorous evaluation of AI-generated code. No prior AI experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Analyze, debug, and resolve issues across diverse codebases written in Python3, Java, Rust, C++, Go, or TypeScript.
