QA Engineer

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and rate AI-generated technical outputs against defined quality criteria and evaluation rubrics.
- Identify AI-generated answers that appear correct but contain inaccuracies, omissions, or incomplete reasoning.
- Design and assess comprehensive test cases covering functional, regression, edge-case, negative, and boundary scenarios.
- Review bug reports and test documentation to ensure issues are reproducible, documentation is complete, and severity is appropriately assessed.
- Identify, isolate, and document software defects with precise reproduction steps and structured tracking mechanisms.
- Provide detailed and actionable written feedback and annotations that developers can use without additional clarification.
- Collaborate with project teams to refine evaluation guidelines and improve testing standards and methodologies.

Requirements
- Professional experience as a QA Engineer, SDET, Test Engineer, QA Analyst, or similar software quality assurance professional.
- Strong knowledge of QA fundamentals including test case design, bug tracking, regression testing, and manual and automated testing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks or test management tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Postman, Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, BrowserStack, or comparable tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex findings and provide specific, actionable written feedback.
- Written English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- Practical and demonstrable software testing experience; no formal degree is required.
- Reliable internet connection and readiness to begin promptly.
- Prior paid experience with human data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading is a plus but not required.
- No prior experience in AI is required.
