QA Engineer
micro1 is looking for a QA Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and overall performance of its products. In this role, you'll work closely with engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. You'll be responsible for testing new features, identifying and documenting issues, improving test coverage, and helping the team maintain a high standard of quality as products continue to build and ship quickly. The ideal candidate has strong manual testing fundamentals, hands-on experience with test automation, and a solid understanding of modern QA practices and software development lifecycles.

Responsibilities
- Own testing activities across new features, product improvements, and bug fixes.
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases and test scenarios.
- Identify, document, track, and validate bugs throughout the development lifecycle.
- Build and maintain automated tests to improve regression coverage and overall testing efficiency.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across the product.

Requirements
- Proven experience in software quality assurance within agile, fast-paced environments.
- Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies, test planning, and test execution.
- Hands-on experience implementing, maintaining, and executing automated tests and testing frameworks.
- Proven experience performing functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
