Product & Engineering Expert

Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze product and engineering business slides such as roadmaps, architectural overviews, and program updates.
• Accurately reconstruct slides in Microsoft PowerPoint while preserving factual accuracy, domain definitions, and critical caveats.
• Enhance slide clarity, data visualization, and message hierarchy using visual storytelling principles and evidence-based titles.
• Edit and improve slide content, layout, and supporting visuals while maintaining fidelity to the original intent and context.
• Document detailed logs for each slide, justifying improvements and deliberately rejected changes.
• Provide feedback in plain language for audiences ranging from engineering leads to senior executives.
• Participate in project-based sprints with assignments typically requiring 1–2 hours.
• Work with adaptable project timing based on availability.

Skills

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, engineering leadership, or technical program management.
• Deep familiarity with product and engineering contexts.
• Demonstrated experience building executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders or client audiences.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills including content editing, data visualization, and design best practices.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to defend well-chosen design and content approaches as well as improvement decisions.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Ability to explain message hierarchy, evidence-supported title choices, and visual selections clearly.
• Industry practitioners and consultants with relevant domain expertise are encouraged.
• Consulting-firm pedigree is not required.
• Prior experience with AI model training, evaluation, or rubric writing is a plus but not required.
