Requirements
- At least 3 years of end-to-end product design experience, ideally across web or mobile platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in design strategy, prototyping, especially with Figma, and articulating design rationale.

- Exceptional analytical writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it effectively.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to perform thorough trade-off analysis in ambiguous or evolving contexts.
