Contributors will design realistic production-management scenarios involving budgets, scheduling, vendor and crew coordination, contracts, and other production constraints. The work helps train and evaluate next-generation AI systems using authentic industry workflows and expert judgment. No prior AI experience is required.

Responsibilities

- Develop detailed grading rubrics with 35 or more criteria to evaluate production decisions and deliverables.
- Assess constraint management, decision quality, and reasoned judgment within realistic production scenarios.
- Document production processes and workflows in clear and precise written English for AI benchmarking.
- Collaborate asynchronously with project stakeholders to refine evaluation tasks and maintain alignment with industry practices.
- Provide practical insights into real-world production challenges to ensure benchmark tasks remain authentic and rigorous.

Requirements
- 5+ years of credited professional experience in film, television, digital, or live event production.
- Demonstrated expertise in production management and coordination.
- Direct experience managing and reconciling production budgets, call sheets, contracts, and related documentation.
- Proven ability to coordinate vendors and production crews while balancing time, cost, resources, and operational constraints.
- Strong understanding of real-world production scheduling and workflow management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to produce clear, accurate, and detailed production documentation.
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to make decisions involving multiple competing constraints.
- Experience authoring or evaluating multi-criteria rubrics or technical assessment tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
