Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of active professional experience as a police dispatcher, emergency communications dispatcher, coordinator, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and triage incidents in high-pressure environments.
- Strong multitasking skills with experience managing radio, phone, and digital communication channels simultaneously.
- Knowledge of APCO or NENA emergency communications protocols.
- APCO and/or NENA certification is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to accuracy.
- Familiarity with CAD systems, dispatch workflows, and modern emergency communication technologies.
- Experience documenting procedures, incident handling, training materials, or quality assurance processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote project environment.
