Craft scenarios and problem statements reflecting the complexity of real-world technical challenges while avoiding simplified or textbook-based examples.
Define rigorous methodological approaches and quantitative solutions for each task.
Develop detailed grading rubrics with 35 or more criteria that assess technical rigor, numerical accuracy, interpretation quality, and adherence to scientific protocols.
Document protocols and experimental reasoning with clarity to ensure reproducibility and rubric fidelity.
Collaborate with project leads to ensure each task meets high standards of methodological integrity and benchmark relevance.

Experience authoring or evaluating scientific rubrics or assessments is a plus.
