Responsibilities

- Develop detailed grading rubrics with 35 or more criteria that assess technical rigor, numerical accuracy, interpretation quality, and adherence to scientific protocols.
- Document protocols and experimental reasoning with clarity to ensure reproducibility and rubric fidelity.
- Collaborate with project leads to ensure each task meets high standards of methodological integrity and benchmark relevance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in physics, chemistry, materials science, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on research experience or applied technical project work in a physical sciences domain.

- Demonstrated ability to document complex technical procedures and results in clear, professional written English.
