Requirements

  • Must be a medical doctor and psychiatrist with completed residency, or a clinical psychologist with a completed PhD.
  • Demonstrated direct patient care experience with military personnel and/or veteran populations.
  • Deep familiarity with trauma, PTSD, traumatic brain injury, adjustment disorders, and other mental health conditions prevalent among service members.
  • Strong understanding of clinical assessment, diagnostic processes, and therapeutic interventions.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex clinical concepts clearly.
  • Experience developing or reviewing clinical content, training materials, or assessment tools is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, clinical accuracy, and cultural competence.
  • Ability to evaluate clinical cases and provide nuanced, evidence-informed analysis.
  • Adaptability and interest in contributing to technology-driven mental health solutions.
  • Proficiency in Japanese, French, Tagalog, Malay, Lithuanian, Russian, Georgian, Polish, Marathi, Bengali, Urdu, Vietnamese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Indonesian, Turkish, Gujarati, or Bulgarian is prioritized.
