Responsibilities

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar admission in the United States.
- Experience practicing as an M&A attorney at an Am Law 100 or other leading U.S. law firm.
- Extensive experience with M&A transactions, private equity, and corporate advisory engagements.
- Strong litigation exposure, particularly within corporate or transactional contexts.
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines and clearly communicate complex legal concepts.
- Experience in legal research, drafting, and reviewing transaction documents.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and a commitment to meticulous, high-quality work.
