Responsibilities
- Create Reinforcement Learning environments that test AI models on complex software engineering problems using Model Context Protocol tools.

- Develop deterministic verification methods for accurately measuring software engineering performance and MCP tool usage.
- Create golden reference solutions that demonstrate correct and maintainable approaches to evaluation tasks.
- Ensure environments and verification logic are reliable, reproducible, and suitable for rigorous AI evaluation.
- Document technical approaches, environment setup, validation methods, and expected solutions clearly.

Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one of C++, Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, or Rust.
- Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning.
- Demonstrated experience debugging complex software issues and delivering maintainable solutions.
- Strong background in feature development and codebase refactoring.
- Proven ability to optimize software for performance and scalability.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating successfully with cross-functional teams, ideally in remote environments.
- Previous experience working with large-scale or distributed codebases is preferred.
- Familiarity with modern AI or machine learning systems is advantageous but not required.
- Experience with rigorous code reviews and software engineering best practices is preferred.
- Availability of approximately 15 hours per week.
