Marketing, Sales & Communications Expert

Responsibilities

• Reconstruct business slides related to marketing, sales, and communications materials using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Enhance visual design, data visualization, and storytelling while preserving factual accuracy and domain-specific definitions.
• Write detailed logs explaining improvements made and intentional choices to preserve existing elements.
• Work with campaign performance reviews, brand strategies, sales pitch decks, and executive board or investor communications.
• Apply critical thinking, content editing, and written communication skills to clarify messaging, structure, and evidence-supported points.
• Ensure revised slides reflect best practices in marketing, sales enablement, and corporate communications.
• Preserve core industry caveats and context throughout slide revisions.

Skills

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, brand, sales enablement, corporate communications, or relevant agency environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in building executive-level presentations for senior leaders or client stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, including layout, visual hierarchy, and data visualization best practices.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to articulate the rationale for improvements and preserved elements.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Ability to explain messaging hierarchy and exhibit choices clearly and concisely.
• Direct industry or practitioner experience is valued more than consulting-firm background.
• Industry contributors and consultants are both welcomed.
• Prior experience with AI training, evaluation, or rubric development is a plus but not required.
