Responsibilities

- Construct clear, actionable rubrics that differentiate between preliminary drafts and polished, boardroom-ready work.
- Identify and document common pitfalls in consulting communication, such as loss of structural integrity, unclear key messages, or verbose language.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to align deliverables with evolving client and project requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar).
- Proven track record producing client-ready decks, succinct executive documents, and strategic recommendations.
- Expertise applying structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., MECE, pyramid principle, issue trees).
- Exceptional written English skills, with mastery of the executive communication register.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to excellence in all deliverables.
- Master's degree preferred; MBA especially valued.
- Experience in evaluating and providing actionable feedback on consultancy outputs is a plus.
