Responsibilities
- Draft litigation work product turn-by-turn, including motions, briefs, demand letters, and discovery documents as assigned.
- Develop and maintain coherent case theory and procedural posture throughout the dispute lifecycle in response to simulated opposing counsel actions.
- Incorporate detailed senior attorney feedback with minimal need for redirection and revise drafts according to project requirements.
- Create rubric items alongside submissions that clearly define the characteristics of a robust legal response.
- Identify and flag procedural ambiguities, missing facts, and substantive legal issues for escalation to project leads.
- Follow direction from senior attorneys during each drafting turn, reflecting real-world collaboration in complex litigation practice.
- Deliver high-quality legal work tailored to commercial contract, shareholder or LLC, and commercial real estate litigation contexts.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree and active or lapsed bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-JD litigation experience, including hands-on legal drafting, discovery, and motion practice.
- Demonstrated ability to draft effective litigation documents involving commercial contract, shareholder or LLC, or commercial real estate disputes.
- Expertise in legal writing with native-level command of English and mastery of formal legal register.
- Ability to develop and apply coherent case theory across evolving facts and procedural developments.
- Ability to work efficiently to prescribed specifications and incorporate detailed feedback promptly.
- Law firm experience in BigLaw, boutique, or mid-market practice is preferred.
- Experience across multiple relevant litigation matter types is advantageous.
- Federal court practice experience is a plus.
- Previous AI model training or evaluation experience is advantageous but not required.
