Responsibilities
- Produce litigation work product for complex commercial contract disputes, including motions, briefs, demand letters, and discovery documents based on detailed scenario prompts.
- Respond to simulated opposing counsel moves while maintaining a coherent case theory and strategic posture throughout multi-turn engagements.
- Develop and articulate rubric criteria for each draft, defining benchmarks for strong and persuasive legal responses under U.S. commercial litigation standards.
- Incorporate senior feedback during each engagement turn and revise drafts to reflect evolving strategies, facts, and project requirements.
- Identify and clearly flag procedural questions, missing information, and factual ambiguities requiring further direction from project leads.
- Work exclusively from public or synthetic case materials while maintaining confidentiality and applicable ethical standards.

Requirements
- Active or lapsed license to practice law in at least one United States jurisdiction.
- At least 3 years of substantive post-JD litigation experience focused on commercial contract disputes.
- Hands-on experience drafting motions, discovery materials, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality litigation documents under supervision with minimal repeated direction.
- Experience with commercial contract disputes involving breach, performance, interpretation, or damages.
- Exceptional written English with mastery of legal drafting and professional litigation language.
- Ability to maintain coherent case theory and apply evolving facts and strategic direction across multi-turn disputes.
- Experience working in BigLaw, boutique, or mid-market law firm environments is advantageous.
- Federal court litigation experience is a plus.
- Previous participation in AI training or evaluation initiatives is advantageous.
- Must be based in the United States.
