Litigation Associate Attorney (BigLaw Firms)

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and provide feedback on complex litigation and transactional documents, including contracts related to M&A, private equity, and capital markets activities.
• Draft sample agreements and legal clauses using experience with high-value M&A transactions and private equity deals.
• Evaluate legal scenarios and provide structured commentary to support AI model development in areas such as data privacy and cross-border transactions.
• Collaborate remotely with interdisciplinary teams to provide legal insight and ensure accuracy in simulated legal tasks and scenarios.
• Contribute to the development of legal frameworks and structured decision or review rubrics.
• Participate in iterative feedback cycles to refine training data for legal precision and practical applicability.

Skills

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a U.S. law school and active bar admission in good standing within the United States.
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 or similarly prestigious law firm involving litigation and complex transactional matters.
• Demonstrated expertise in M&A, private equity, capital markets, contract drafting, and data privacy.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate sophisticated legal reasoning for varied audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in remote and multidisciplinary environments.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience developing or applying structured review rubrics is advantageous but not required.
