Responsibilities

- Ensure all tasks reflect the nuance, ambiguity, and depth of real-world scientific work rather than simplified or hypothetical scenarios.
- Design assignments involving realistic datasets, multi-step problem-solving, and rigorous evaluation criteria that go beyond textbook science.
- Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators to incorporate feedback and refine deliverables.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in biology, biomedical sciences, biochemistry, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on research or laboratory experience involving primary data analysis and scientific protocols.
- Demonstrated expertise in protocol-driven, multi-source scientific workflows.
- Strong command of scientific reasoning, source synthesis, and methodological evaluation.
- Strong written English skills, with experience drafting or reviewing scientific documentation.
