Legal Technology Expert

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and refine realistic legal and contract management workflows using leading legal technology platforms.
• Evaluate eDiscovery, litigation support, compliance, contract, and e-signature solutions within simulated operational environments.
• Review outputs generated by AI and technology-assisted tools to identify inaccuracies, unrealistic results, and workflow breakdowns.
• Document insights and feedback clearly using best practices and professional standards from real-world legal operations.
• Identify user experience challenges, inefficiencies, and potential improvements in technology-assisted legal processes.
• Collaborate with the project team to communicate findings, demonstrate tested workflows, and recommend actionable refinements.
• Apply relevant compliance and privacy considerations when evaluating legal technology use cases.

Skills

Requirements

• Professional experience in legal research, litigation support, contracts, or eDiscovery with hands-on use of legal technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements within legal operations.
• Experience implementing or managing e-signature workflows, contract lifecycle tools, or document automation solutions.
• Ability to assess, critique, and improve digital workflows and end-user experiences in legal environments.
• Strong attention to detail and sound professional judgment when identifying risks, inaccuracies, or errors.
• Clear written communication skills for documenting observations and recommendations.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, similar AI tools, AI evaluation projects, or workplace integrations is advantageous but not required.
