Requirements
- Active law license or bar admission.
- At least 5 years of professional legal practice in contract law, regulatory compliance, or a closely related specialty.
- Proven expertise in contract review, legal research, regulatory compliance, and legal writing.
- Strong ability to identify legal risks, ambiguities, and compliance concerns in contracts and other documents.
- Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills with strong attention to legal nuance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
