Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as an IT Manager, Systems Manager, or in a comparable technology leadership role.
- Proven experience leading technical teams or managing enterprise-scale IT infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in IT strategy, systems architecture, infrastructure planning, and technology roadmapping.
- Experience with vendor management, contract evaluation, procurement, and third-party technology integration.
- Strong knowledge of security compliance and risk management practices.
- Familiarity with frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, or similar standards.
- Ability to evaluate complex IT architectures, workflows, documentation, and operational processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
