5+ years of professional experience as an IT Manager, Systems Manager, or in a comparable technology leadership role.
Proven experience leading technical teams or managing enterprise-scale IT infrastructure.
Strong expertise in IT strategy, systems architecture, infrastructure planning, and technology roadmapping.
Experience with vendor management, contract evaluation, procurement, and third-party technology integration.
Strong knowledge of security compliance and risk management practices.
Familiarity with frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, or similar standards.
Ability to evaluate complex IT architectures, workflows, documentation, and operational processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing IT professionals is preferred.
