Document observations meticulously, ensuring clarity and actionable insights for AI model improvement.
Collaborate with project coordinators to discuss findings and clarify evaluation guidelines as needed.
Consistently deliver high-quality language assessments within defined project timelines.
Support the refinement of evaluation frameworks by providing linguistically informed suggestions.

Requirements

Native-level proficiency in Indonesian, with a deep understanding of regional dialects and cultural nuances.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with minimum B2 proficiency in English.

Previous experience in translation, localization, linguistics, content moderation, or language quality assessment is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet project requirements within established timelines.
Demonstrated ability to provide clear and constructive feedback on language and communication style.
Interest in contributing to advancements in AI-driven language technologies.
